So while I research the improvements in technology while I was away from the web scene, I will make an extra effort
to try and upgrade my homepage. CSS has definitely taken off. I'm quite impressed with the control and efficiency that it offers. So look forward to some CSS scripting in here in the future. I have also been researching some CMS, open source is definitely allowing the non-programming inclined (like myself) to spend more time creating valuable content.
